Complete the information and your message will be hand-delivered to the patient's room by a volunteer. "Send a Card" is a free service.
Simply contact us by phone or e-mail and we'll hand-deliver your message to the patient you care about.
Please be aware that Clay County Medical Center cannot ensure the confidentiality of this message. Your e-mail may be viewed by staff and volunteers in the delivery process. Deliveries will be made on weekdays, during business hours.
If your card cannot be delivered for any reason (i.e. your friend or family member is no longer a patient), you will be notified by e-mail or phone- whichever has been provided.
Please note: If the intended recipient of "Send a Card" has requested their status as a patient not be disclosed, this message will not be delivered. If the patient's status is not disclosed, Clay County Medical Center cannot provide any information regarding the delivery status of an eGreeting due to federal privacy regulations in accordance with HIPAA.
