The medical staff also cares for the residents of seven area nursing homes. The main office in Clay Center is located next to Clay County Medical Center. Services are also provided at our satellite clinics in Clyde, Riley, Linn, and Glasco. Each facility is a Medicare certified Rural Health Clinic.
