Registered Nurse - to work full-time, 3 – 12 hour shifts a week. 7A-7P and 7P-7A shifts available. Must be a Kansas licensed RN, prefer someone with hospital experience, certification and ability to also work ICU, ER and OB is helpful. Will train the right person if needed.
Certified Nurse Aide - Full-time position on the 7A-7P shift working three 12-hour shifts a week. Must be certified and in good standings to work in the state of Kansas as a CNA. Prefer someone with hospital experience but will train the right person. Good people and communication skills.
Registered Nurse - PRN position for a registered nurse with ACLS certification who has an interest in Cardiac Rehab and can work 2-3 times per month to help cover for Cardiac Clinic or absences of regular staff due to PTO or sick leave usage.
Accountant - Full-time Accountant. Will report to the CFO. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required. Knowledge of advanced financial accounting, analysis and accounting system design. Knowledge of reimbursement procedures to compile and allocate cost information to specific accounts helpful. Knowledge of computer accounting systems, spreadsheets and applications required. Healthcare accounting experience is desired. Full-time position normally working Monday-Friday with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, extended sick leave, and pension contributions. Must have good people skills, able to work independently and with others.
Admissions Clerk - Regular Relief position available working mostly evenings and weekends. This position works less than 20 hours a week. Basic office skills, good computer skills, good communication and people skills, detail orientated with extreme accuracy is just a few traits required. Need to be organized and able to multitask. Previous hospital experience is preferred but not required.
Surgical Technologist - A self-motivated individual seeking full-time employment as a Surgical Technologist. Prefer formal education for this position but will consider experience in place of education, CNA a plus. The candidate will work in all areas of the surgery department including, but not limited to: Pre/Post Op, Scrubbing, Central Sterile, Surgery clinic, etc. Will be on-call approx. 15 days per month with four of those days being weekend days. Required 30 minute response time while on call. Minimum of three (3) years Scrub and associated experience preferred. Exemplary Customer Service Required.
Registered Nurse - to work full-time in all areas of the surgery department including admitting patients, scrubbing, circulating, recovery, central sterile, surgery clinic, etc. Will be on-call about 15 days per months with 4 of those being weekends. Must be within 30 minutes from the hospital while on-call. Required to have or to acquire ACLS, PALS and NRP certification. Minimum of 3 years of surgery experience preferred. Good people skills and the ability to get along with coworkers and physicians is a necessity.
Registered Nurse - to work PRN (no scheduled hours, a substitute) in all areas of the surgery department including scrubbing, admitting, recovery, circulating, central sterile, surgery clinic, etc. Must be available and willing to work in the OR department on busy scheduled days as needed. Will be on-call 6 days per month with 2 of those being weekends. Must be able to return to the hospital within 30 minutes while on-call. Required to have or to acquire ACLS, PALS and NRP certification. Minimum of 3 years of surgery experience preferred. Good people skills and the ability to get along with coworkers and physicians is a necessity.

Clinic Manager – Full-time position to oversee operations of three rural health clinics in Clay Center, Clyde and Linn, Kansas. Over 30,000 Primary Care visits per year in the communities we serve. Responsible for effective and efficient clinic operations for assigned clinics. Collaborates with the CEO to establish and implement common standards and achieve organizational goals and objectives. Coordinates coverage and work flow to ensure smooth operations within the practice and serves as expert for back office processes and procedures as well as familiarity of the front office processes. Requires knowledge of practice management/clinic administration and operations, patient/customer relations. Strong leadership, facilitation, delegation and coaching skills. Proficient in the use of current technology and Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and effectively use electronic medical records, have professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and with others, ability to problem solve, prioritize. Three (3) years of medical office or other related healthcare field preferred. Housekeeping/Janitorial – Regular relief position working approximately 2 hours each evening Monday-Friday cleaning the CCFP clinic. These would be evening hours that would vary depending on job needs each day. This person must be self-motivated, able to work independently and with others, able to meet physical job requirements. Speech Pathologist – PRN positon to assist the Speech Therapist during times of high census and to cover for staff shortages due to vacation, sick leave, etc. Previous experience preferred.
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – PRN position to assist the Occupational Therapist during times of high census and the cover for staff shortages due to vacation, sick leave, etc. Previous experience preferred but will train a new graduate who has passed boards.
